How Does Flat Fee Listing Works?

Listing on the MLS for a flat fee is the exact same thing as listing with a 6% REALTOR®. You are simply paying for ONLY the services you need. We are REALTORS® and a BROKER. Your listing looks exactly the same as all other listings. You can sell your property to someone not represented by an agent and NOT pay a buyer agent commission, however if an agent brings a buyer, that agent will need to be paid a commission. Since 87% of buyers have a buyers agent working for them, a FSBO is elminiating most of their customers if they choose NOT to pay a buyer fee. We recommend 2-2.5% depending on the condition and price of the home. This is perfect for For Sale By Owners and all other property owners.

How Will I Get Offers

Depending on the level of service you select Agents will either deliver a copy to you directly or email us a copy and we will forward to you. For our Full Service Clients, we will give our advice and consultation for any terms contained within the offer. For Basic listing clients, they will not have access to these valuable services.

What Phone Number Goes On The Sign?

Under new Michigan Law, the Broker name and Number must be on the sign, your number will also be on the sign as a Direct Contact.

Guest cards give a direct, honest assessment of what the market opinion is of your home.
